*It’s a great time to have the Tree / Shrub branches trimmed away from your house / garage roof to help prevent raccoons 🦝 squirrels 🐿️ and other rodents 🐀 from getting access to your roof and your attic for their winter or permanent hideout. Chances are if one critter goes into your attic, then there is probably a nest of them getting started there. I recently had a guy tell me mice 🐀 where getting up on his roof and then going down his exhaust vent piping to his microwave 😱
*As seen in the Photos the Gutter Down Spout end was in the dirt and was plugged with roots, tree leaf debris and roof shingle sand, causing water to overrun the gutter, which led to water / ice in front of the garage and on the driveway. Also the security light / camera was blocked by the over grown evergreen.
*It’s recommended to prevent fires 🔥 to keep Trees, Vines, Shrubs and other Combustible Materials 10 feet from your Chimney.
