Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitation duties
Support the kitchen team by handling food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times during handling and preparation
Assist with menu planning and presentation to uphold quality and consistency
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances
Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy service periods
