Front End Customer Service / Staff Manager – Restaurant
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Front End Customer Service / Staff Manager to join our restaurant team!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (set weekly schedule; flexibility required for emergencies)
- Bilingual preferred: English + Spanish OR English + Arabic
- Location: Dinkytown area, Minneapolis MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests
- Manage and oversee front-of-house staff, including scheduling shifts and handling staffing needs
- Step in to fill roles as needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with training and mentoring staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude
Qualifications:
- Restaurant experience is required
- Must be comfortable managing a small team and working directly with customers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and adaptable to different situations
