We're Saturday Dumpling Co., a quick-service dumpling restaurant with three locations in Minneapolis — and we're looking for a Front-of-House Manager to help lead daily operations at our Penn Ave. and Northeast locations.
This is a hands-on floor role. You'll be in the middle of service, leading the team, keeping things moving, and making sure every guest has a great experience. You'll work closely with the GM and Kitchen Manager to keep FOH and BOH in sync and the whole operation running smoothly.
What you'll own:
Leading and supporting the FOH team during service — setting the tone, holding the standard
Ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
Helping with staff training, onboarding, and day-to-day accountability
Communicating menu updates, policy changes, and expectations to the team
Jumping in wherever needed — expo, food running, guest recovery
Assisting with scheduling and team communications via Slack and 7shifts
Supporting inventory, supply management, and restocking
Addressing guest and employee concerns quickly and professionally
What we're looking for:
2+ years of restaurant management or senior FOH experience
A natural leader who leads by example on the floor
Strong communicator — with guests, with staff, and with management
Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve mid-service
Reliable, consistent, and genuinely invested in the team around you
Compensation & Hours:
$24/hr
