Yes, THAT Little Bohemia! We’re the historic Northwoods landmark where Dillinger dined and Johnny Depp stayed. We’ve been serving incredible food and hospitality since 1927, and we are searching for a passionate, skilled Head/Lead Cook to run our kitchen and help write the next chapter of our story!
ABOUT THE GIG:
We are looking for a dedicated full-time, year-round Head/Lead Cook who is ready to take ownership of our kitchen and lead by example. This is a family-run business with a fun, tight-knit staff—you won't be a number here!
We Need a Team Player (A Hands-On Leader!):
Lead the Line: Oversee kitchen operations, ensure quality, and manage food prep.
Team Attitude: You must be willing to jump in and help with all kitchen tasks, including dishes and end-of-night cleanup—we all pitch in!
Physical Requirements: Must be able to manage stairs and heavy lifting (it’s part of working in a beloved, historic building!).
Kitchen Focus: Bring a positive, collaborative spirit every single day.
