This like new SOS communication device is perfect for the outdoors enthusiast who ventures outside of cell phone coverage but still wants to transmit & receive messages (up to 950 characters long). Built in SOS alerting lets you call for help & GPS location is accurate to 8 feet.

Messaging is transmitted over the Iridium global satellite network. About 200 hours of charge time on the battery & the dust & water-resistant design stands up to a little bumping & jostling along the way!
