Wards 450 - Vintage Stereo Receiver - $270

This unit has had a thorough rebuild, all new lights except the stereo led (no need to replace), all electrolytics replaced except for the tuner board (I replaced 4 on the tuner board), new feet, new power switch, amp has had all parts known to degrade replaced. All boards have been gone over. The main outputs were pulled, checked and re-seated with silpads. All quality parts used in the rebuild, Nichicon ONsemi, etc. Tuner has not been aligned but it works very good, I would not bother with an alignment. The Center Tuning meter does NOT move, the issue is the meter not the tuner board, I centered the needle and thats where it will stay. Cabinet has some nicks and scratches, about a B. If you've been wanting a Harman Kardon 730 but the price is a bit rich this might be a good option for you, the wards 450 goes much cheaper than the HKs.
I will have the unit set up and running with the cover off for the buyer to inspect. I have this priced to SELL and the price will not change.
