Radio comes with the factory supplied Handheld Microphone, DC cord, Ethernet Cable, Reprint of the Instruction sheet and the Box. This FLEX is licensed to run Smart SDR for Windows V3 and or you can update to V4 which is the newest verstion of the operating system.
