2005 Chevy Express 3500 Extended CAMPING Conversion - $19,500 (Minneapolis)

All appliances and installs are no older than 3 years old. I used it as my mini Hotel room while I traveled the USA for my business. Most miles are hwy driven. I hate to sell this High Tech Van, but Unfortunately my business is no more and I no longer have use for it.
Mechanical:
6.0 Vortec engine is strong and just serviced. New Lithium LifePO4 house battery, Engine battery, Water pump, Spark plugs, wires, Belts, Rear diff Oil, Pitman arm, Tie Rod ends, and Idler arm. The tires K02's are almost brand new too. I have all related receipts.
*Magnaflow Exhaust, K&N air filter.

Construction/Capacities:
Fully insulated with R-Tech Foam Insulate...Usually stays 15 degrees warmer inside than out. 2.5 Gallon water tank. No grey...Piped to flow to ground. 2 X 100 Watt Renogy Monocrystalline solar Panels mated to 30 amp charge controller. Brand New Weize 12V 100AH LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Lithium Battery with Lithium Charger prewired. Honda EU2000 Generator will run installed GE 5000 BTU A/C for approx. 8 hours on a tank of gas. 2000 Watt Sine wave Inverter with with remote power access switch. The Garage area is quite large and keeps your Stuff out of the way of your other "Stuff". Equipped with A/C outlets and a super bright Shop light style LED light.
Self Containment:
Convertible shower expands out from dinette area. Dinette folds all up to put away as pictured. Running water...sink/shower use separate brushless ultra quiet pumps. All Lighting is LED and most are dimmable. 30 quart LG LithiumCooler wheeled Refrigerator/Freezer runs on AC 12 volt DC or its own rechargeable battery pack. Hidden 120 V Conduction cooker. The bed is a high memory foam mattress..not just a topper. This was a regular queen sized mattress I had cut to size...my size 72" x 30". There is ample amount of storage with the under bed drawers as well.
Entertainment/Technology:
15" 12 Volt TV DVD player with HDMI ports to run Firestick etc. Long range WiFi extender picks up signal from up to 100 yards away. Blue Tooth amplified speakers. Nite Vision Camera to Spy on Big Foot when he is spying on you =). Everything is at reach and organized with separate fuses/breakers on Lit up control panel. You can have everything on..Lights, TV, and there is NO sign someone is in this van a night. Absolutely 100% Blacked out light proof. There are port hole style window on each side of the van as shown. They are blacked out until opened.
Climate Control:
3000 BTU Olympian Wave 3 Heater hosed to green bottles for weight conservation and convenience. 5000 BTU GE wall unit A/C runs from Generator placed outside van. A/C Exhausted hot air flows through rear window opening. 2 Fans mounted to side windows that open. Fan mounted on door is directed to pull Fresh air in and the other fan by kitchen to Push Air Out. Close window and Fan redirects to bed area for a nice breeze and noise whilst one is sleeping. Outside / Inside Temperature reading displayed on control panel.
Driving Dynamics:
This is the extended version on the Express van. Chevy did not cheat and just slap on a foot and a half like Ford did. This is a Looong wheel base and drives likes so. This van is large and in charge. It drives amazing and is very, very quite with the insulated Bulk head door cutting all noise from the back of the vehicle off with very little road noise. A/c is ice cold. This vehicle can be a Daily driver...Fits in Drive-thru's, parking structures, and you can camp out virtually anywhere...a totally comfortable and safe cocoon.
