WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
The number one complaint I get about personal training is the programs get old, and the sessions are consistently similar - they get stale. I am big on implementing muscle confusion - I like to mix in cardio with weights and implement super-sets, drop-sets, and negative repetitions. You will look forward to our session and can bank on the fact, we will do something consistent, but different. In a nutshell, you will leave my session feeling AWESOME. You just get a good hardcore workout to set up the rest of your day / evening.
Part of what you pay for is KNOWLEDGE - After a year with me, your workouts will be completely different - you will be IMPROVED and be able to hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE in connection with getting to that gym!
I customize every program to you, and data log to ensure a progressive climb towards our goals. All workouts are recorded in a notebook and as always - the first session is complimentary! I train clients out of my home gym - session duration is 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min.
