YUM! Quakers Chocolate or Carmel Rice Cake & Peanut Butter and chilled coffee first thing in the morning. Kimchi & Cottage Cheese for the afternoon snack! They REALLY are good! Been eating the rice cakes and peanut butter every day since 1996. Started eating a Kimchi & Cottage Cheese (instead of white rice) a year ago--everyday since! Limit your white rice intake as much as possible from your diet. It is not good for the body anyway.
