Here's a good used Hydraulic Roller Cam Shaft and Lifters . The camshaft had some rust in a few areas so we had it Professionally Polished and the veteran engine builder said after polishing it those spots will never be a problem (last 3 pictures showing the worst), The rust pitting does look ugly, but it's been polished and the roller lifters will ride right over those(below the surface areas) spots and should never be an issue.WE replaced 2 lifters that has a few specs of rust. All lifters were inspected and cleaned by the same Engine Professional. Has eccentric for Mechanical Fuel Pump .This came from a Non-Balance Shaft Motor and Non-Vortec .So if you use it for one of those you better research compatibility first.
