’86 Precision 18 in great condition. You won’t find many sailboats from the 80s that look this good. It has served me really well for the last 5 years but it was time to move on to something else.

There are few nicks and spider cracks in the gelcoat here and there (normal for boats). Port window has a hairline crack in it but I covered it with clear gorilla tape and it does not leak.
Bilge is always dry
Boat is kept on Lake Nokomis during the season and gets regular use + maintenance. Hull is cleaned every 3 to 4 weeks to keep growth to a minimum.
Boat is stored inside during the winter.
There are a still few weeks left in the season. Happy to take serious buyers for a test sail and if you buy it, you can keep it on the mooring until October 13th.
Precision BoatWorks no longer builds boats but they still sell parts.
