I paddle it down Minnehaha Creek all the time, it's a cheap way to get your feet wet with a whitewater kayak. I paddle it next to a buddy that paddles a recreational kayak on the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes too and while it's a workout on lakes it certainly can be done.
It fitting inside of an SUV makes it convenient enough to catch a quick couple hour paddle before or after work or on the weekend no problem at all.
Probably fits a pretty average size man on down. I'd guess you'd be pretty tight at 6 feet tall, maybe even a couple inches less than that too if you're really stiff.
