Classic 1982 Larson Citation 5500 with Artic Heavy Hauler Trailer $5,000

This is a classic 1982 Larson Citation 5500 Model 51706, 17-foot fiberglass runabout hull I/O motorboat. It includes a very heavy duty trailer, Artic Heavy Hauler Trailer. The boat is a sporty Orange and white color with a Gen 1 Mercruiser engine. The boat has orange interior which is in excellent shape. This boat is basically a muscle boat and is usually the fasted boat on the lake when it arrives. I believe the motor was redone due to its engine power. This is not a fishing boat, but a cruising boat which is very loud. The boat will need a new cover, a new large deep/cell battery as I do not have a battery for it, and the fluids changed. I will also note that the boat has been sitting outside for a couple of years and will need the trailer painted as it is starting to show rust. This is an excellent boat for someone with experience who knows how to launch a boat with an I/O deep sitting engine, which sits much lower than an inboard motor does. For a 1982 it is getting rare to find one of these boats in great shape with a performance engine. If you buy something comparable which is new, you’re looking at around $40-$50,000 dollars. Get yourself something different, put a little money into it and have something people will notice you with on the lake! This boat turns heads and sounds mean, everybody wants to see it when it starts up!
