$15 - High School: TOTAL HEALTH, Choices for a Winning Lifestyle, by Susan Boe. Has a Christian tone about taking care of the amazing body God has given us (forward by the awesome Paul Brand). This set was used by several students so has general wear.
(a) Textbook, 464 pages, original paperback version but has the same table-of-contents as the newer version, which does not say it is a new edition. (A few marks in pencil, mostly “stop.”)
(b) Teacher’s Edition. Spiral-bound, 416 pages. Students did not write in book. (Schedule for one-semester plan has my detailed notes in pencil; schedule for one-year plan is clean.)
(c) Test and Quiz Master Book. Spiral-bound, originally 275 pages. (A few student answers in pen. Some pages in unit 1 are loose. Three pages in units 2-3 are missing—35-6, 39-40, 43-4—I think all are tests, and the same pages with answers are included, so you should have all of the material available to you.)

$20 – Middle School: TOTAL HEALTH, Talking About Life’s Changes, by Susan Boe. Has a strongly Christian tone when covering topics from making healthy choices (and temptation) to mental health.
(a) Textbook, 336 pages, 1st edition, 2000 printing.
(b) Student Workbook, 216 pages, copyright 2000/2005 (writing on page 11).
(c) A separate Syllabus and Tests (with answers) from Hewitt Homeschooling, 60 pages (missing page 18/19, the first test, but does include the answers to that test). The text and workbook do include a chapter review, but the tests/quizzes were in a separate teacher book which I didn’t have.

(1) God’s Design for the Highly Healthy Teen, by Larimore, 318 pages, Zondervan press, 2005.
(2) With All My Strength, God’s Design for Physical Wellness, compiled by Branda Polk, 112 pages, 2002, part of Lifeway’s “Fit 4 Wellness Plan.” Each chapter is by a different author on a typical health topic.
