(1) Hardcover biography: Young Thomas Edison by Michael Dooling. With dust jacket.

(2) Softcover biography: Albert Einstein and the Theory of Relativity by Robert Cwiklik. Barron's Educational Series, chapter book with occasional illustrations. (part of the page edges have a faint stain, possibly from a spill quickly removed)

(3) Answer Key: The Story of Inventions. We don't have the book this goes to, but perhaps it contains a few ideas.

(4) Activity Book: Inventors and Inventions by Pat Wesolowski. This is the type of guide often sold at homeschool conventions in the early days. Activities include matching names and dates, unscrambling a chart of who/what/when/where, survey chart for interviewing people, etc. Answer key in back. (see photo)

(5) Resource book: Great Inventions That Shaped the World, Illustrated Science Encyclopedia. Includes 256 pages, over 600 photos.

(6) Eureka! Great Inventions and How They Happened by Richard Platt. Hardcover.

(7) I Wonder Why Zippers Have Teeth and Other Questions About Inventions, Kingfisher publisher. Softcover with slight cover bending but inside pages are nice.
