I am the bike's original owner. Over the past few years, I have been rebuilding the bike from the frame up. Most of the components are new. The bike is set up to only be a fixed gear. The chrome finish is in excellent shape but there is some patina on the clearcoat. I tried to capture the two small dings on the top-tube of the frame in the images but they appear to be too insignificant to register.

-Full Kona Butted Chromoly frame with the legendary Kona Project 2 Fork. The frame and fork are set up to take caliper brakes, if you decide you would like to add them.

-New ultra stiff SRAM Omnium Crankset with a 48t chainring and new SRAM GXP bottom bracket

- New wheels featuring White Industries Track Hubs laced to polished Velocity Quill rims with double-butted DT Swiss spokes and brass nipples. The hubs are only threaded for fixed gear cogs. The wheels are light enough to spin up quickly but strong enough to stay true. They were built for me by the former head of the HED wheel building department.

- New White Industries 19t fixed cog and lockring. IMO, the White Industries fixed gear cog interface is the smartest and most reliable design in the bike world.

- New Specialized Turbo Tires- 700x28.

- Newish Sim Works by Nitto Beatnik Seat Post

- New Spank Spoon 800 Handlebars with new Oury Lock-on Grips. These bars are wide enough to really let you spread your wings.

- New Cane Creek 40 Headset

- New State Toe Straps

- Smooth spinning VP Components Platform Pedals

- Ultra cute PDW Lucky Cat Bottle Cage

- Matchy-matchy newish glittery Soma Saddle

Once again, this bike is set up only as a fixed gear. If you are not familiar with that type of riding, this bike may not be for you. For test rides, I am located approximately one mile from the main Elm Creek Singletrack trailhead.
