We purchased this from a Business closing sale. It was labeled great working. We had our In-House Technician clean it up an fully tested it to ensure very accurate weight measurements. There are easy instructions on the back showing how to zero out the needle if that ever gets off (just a simple twist of a screw from an opening in the housing). It seems to be right on now.
