Here's an Industrial Quality Great working CM Lodestar 1 ton or 2000 Lb. electric hoist . (very smooth and quiet running) It is wired for 208 to 240 Volts 3 phase, can be changed to 440 volts if needed. This a super nice swivel hook on the end..This hoist has had normal maintenance through-out it's life, and still looks and works great . The lift rate is 8 Feet Per Minute FPM ,Lift chain is long enough for over 10 feet of lifting capacity . The control Pendant works great and that cord is about 7 feet long .This has the safety settings so the chain won't run out or into it. Call (952)854-5 seven eight six
