Invented by Jacob Bromwell in 1819, the flour sifter helps home cooks keep clumps out of baking batters. Produced en masse starting in 1920. Has a single sieve and simple turning crank.

Good condition for age. No holes in screen and crank turns.
This vintage sifter looks spiffy on display or can be used.

I also have a vintage 2 cup sifter.
