Here is a bell I remember from the family farm. I have had it for decades and my mother had it prior. It has a unique chip in the bell skirt, so I used to call it my Liberty Bell, when I was a kid. Bell has all the markings of an antique; rust and brass oxidation as seen in photos. Scuffs and scratches on wooden handle. All these things give it amazing charm! The loud ding of the bell would definitely be heard by kids at recess.
