My name is Maddalin and I am a vulnerable adult with multiple serious and permanent mental health diagnosis & disabilities. My current and only purpose in life right now is that I currently foster cats and kittens that don't have homes to avoid them going to kill shelters or bad homes they might be neglected or abused in.
I currently have a combined 8 cats & kittens in my one bedroom apartment and I'm struggling badly financially, and almost all of my fixed income (as I am not able to work) is going to feeding the cats, and maintaining fresh litter for them. I'm barely able to do anything for myself, although I ask for donations when I do find homes for the purrfect little ones.
My therapist and psychiatrist agree & recommended that I may benefit from using some of the funds I get from donations to possibly buy supplies for crafting and think about selling some of my creations online on some kind of marketplace. So here I am.
Now to the items for sale. (Sorry for the long story, just wanted to give some background.) These are what I call scent tears. They are scented oils that I mixed myself in a 6 mil glass bottle, with a wooden top. The wooden top comes unscrewed and there is a little plastic stopper in the opening of the little glass bottle.
To get them to release scent, you take the wooden top off, and remove the topper, and put the wooden top back on. Then you tip the bottle upside-down, and the oils go into the porous wooden top. You replace the stopper, and you hang the scent tear from anywhere you'd like. The scent slowly comes out of the wood, filling your space with a light, but noticeable pleasant scent.
The scent I have mixed is a sort of ocean-like, mixes with rose petals with a hint of lavender. Kind of like a flower garden by the sea.
I know this was a lot to read, and I thank you very much if you have made it this far. I am struggling very much, and I could use any kind of help financially speaking if anyone would be interested in purchasing a scent tear.
I have lots of beads, of different colors and sizes, and these are just the ones I've made in the past few days when I've had down time.
