Hello, up for rent is the front of my duplex in Maple Plain. It is a small unit. About 500 fsf. Perfect for one person. It is a one bedroom and one bath. Outside parking in driveway. No dishwasher. Even though there is a garage on site, there is NO included garage parking. Shared laundry in the basement with the tenant in front. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit. You will be responsible for mowing the lawn during season. I provide the lawn mower. It only takes about 10-15 minutes. It's a small lot. Rent includes garbage and water. You pay your own gas, electric, and internet. You may not use the fireplace. You can have a cat. Dogs on a case by case basis. Will be available no later than January 1st 2026 perhaps as soon as Mid December if you do not care what the carpet looks like. I had planned to have it replaced. (The cat did a number on it) If you don't care about the carpet, and paint, I am receptive to lowering the overall rent slightly to not have to paint or replace. (I hate painting) My renters love it here. The only reason they leave is a change in circumstance. My hope is to find a renter as good as the one leaving. She was very low maintenance and paid rent on time. I am a licensed real estate broker. I cannot and will not discriminate against any protected classes. That being said, If you are looking for a "second chance" this is not the rental for you. I am sorry. Must have good credit. Stable, verifiable employment, and a clean record. $50 application fee per tenant. Upfront fees will be one months rent and security deposit of one months rent. If you move in mid month it will be extra. For example move in on the 15th, you will need 1st month and a half, plus deposit. Showings are available now. The unit has not been fully cleaned or painted yet, but I can show you now. Feel free to email with any questions and to set up an appointment to view. Please include your name and phone number. Finally, this is not the Taj Mahal. It is and old house that is clean very livable. Hence the price of rent. Please temper any expectations of perfection. Thanks Jeff.
