We are a green household that work to reduce our carbon footprint while still enjoying the benefits of Minneapolis life: bikes, lakes and good food!
Includes a bedroom with private bathroom, living room and (partially) shared kitchenette. It is cozy, built for single occupancy. All utilities included with the exception of a small winter heating charge (approximately $75/month in the cold months). Internet is also included.
The rental space is almost completely separate, with the exception of the kitchenette (we have a closet to the back that we use for storage and need to access from time to time) and a shared laundry area.
Rental lease terms: we require 2 months notice to end the lease. No pets.
Three references, a background check, first and last months rent as well as a month's deposit will be required.
Move-in date is November 1, or possibly earlier. Cheers!
