Fee schedule:

a. Lease violation = $100

b. Pluming charge due to tenant misuse = $100 or actual cost which is greater.

c. Lock out where management must let tenant into building = $100

d. Lost Keys = $100

e. Propped open secutiy door or garage door = $300

f. Unreported water leak = $100

g. Unreported smoke and fire detector malfunction = $75

h. Not stopping at ramp to let door close while entering or exiting = $75

i. Dog deposit $500 Dog rent $30

j. Cat deposit $300 Cat rent $20

k. Late fee = 8 % of outstanding balance on the 4th of every month

l. Cleaning fee for additional cleaning at move out = $250

m. Early termination of lease = 2 moths rent plus the deposit

n. Change of scheduled time 1 week before move out $400 to reschedule maintenance and cleaners.

o. Security fines: Granting access to unassociated persons, guests granting access, propped door, unattended garage door while open = $300.
