This was the best one of the 4 on my truck before I got new tires. It has even wear, guessing 5 or 6/32 tread left. I kept it to put on as my spare, but ended up getting a different size tire and spare. Good if your others are at about this tread depth or as a spare. In the photo there is some white stuff on the around the bead of the tire, that is just some residue from when they removed the tire, it is not damage to the tire or exposed cords of the tire.
