2003 Jayco Kiwi Too travel trailer, modified to be used as a pop-up store.
New floor 4 years ago, as part of a body-off restoration. 3/4 marine ply, 2x4 insterspersed with 1 1/" steel beams, 1 1/2" rigid foam insulation, 1/4 ply, then engineered flooring to finish.
Two entrance doors with steel-framed steps that securely bolt to the trailer.
Water and waste tanks removed, all walls and furniture removed. It is a blank shell ready for your creation! Roof seams re-sealed yearly, windows in good working order. For security, I installed remote locking on the inside of both doors, so there are no external keys or locks to be tampered with. Never been broken into.
Gridwall mounted on the walls ready for hanging baskets. Two shelves, one on either side of the trailer. We used these to display and store shoes.
12v lights, USB outlets throughout. 110v outlets at front and rear inside the trailer.
Inside dimensions are 93" (7' 8") wide, 283" (23' 7") long, 77" (6' 5") high. Has a 32" x 76" slide-out in great working condition. Awning was new 4 years ago. Good tires. Heat (we have used it in the winter, and it works even in northern Minnesota!) and A/C.
All this needs is a little imagination, and you can have your business up and running in no time. Come take a look!
