We are a growing, performance-driven Landscape Company specializing in commercial properties, HOAs, and multi-family communities. Our focus is on reliability, proactive service, and long-term client relationships. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can open doors, build relationships, and drive new revenue in our Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Divisions.
The Role:
This is a front-line, revenue-generating position. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for:
-Grounds maintenance contracts
-Landscaping installations & enhancements
-HOA & multi-family community services
-Commercial property maintenance programs
You will work closely with ownership and operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prospect and develop new Commercial, HOA, and Multi-Family accounts
-Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, board members, and developers
-Conduct site walks and needs assessments
-Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service programs
-Negotiate contracts and close deals
-Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and activity reports
-Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
What We’re Looking For
-Proven sales experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, property services, construction, or facilities services
-Strong communicator with confidence in front of property managers and decision-makers
-Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to win
-Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
-Knowledge of commercial landscaping or property maintenance is REQUIRED
