For over 25 years, Cadan Technologies has provided IT Support and Managed Services for small, medium and large business throughout the US.
We're expanding our world-class team of Engineering personnel in Eagan Minnesota to provide level 3 support for managed service customers.

• Provide level 2 support to our customers and junior staff on a broad array of technologies including servers, LAN/WAN, network components, OS, virtualization, backup and cloud applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, storage, cloud and network issues quickly and efficiently while documenting such efforts. Microsoft core operating systems and business applications required
• Experience supporting Microsoft core operating systems and business applications
• Execute on Project tasks/deliverables in accordance with customer driven timelines
• Answer support phone calls on a daily basis as required
• Provide detailed, nearly real-time ticket notes and updates via the ticketing system
• Work with peers interdependently to provide quick response, diagnosis, and resolution of customer issues via collaborative support model
• Communicate frequently with customers on the status of tickets and resolutions
• Onsite customer support as needed
• Project work for customers as assigned

Education, Skills and Experience:
• Providing excellent customer service
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail and excellent follow through
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills
• Confident, self-starter is a must
• 2 to 4 years of IT support experience (ConnectWise/N-Able RMM experience preferred)
• 40-60 WPM
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent real world experience
• Technical certifications (MCSE, CCNA/P, VCP, CCA, ITIL) a plus
• Mentoring experience is a plus
• Leadership Experience is a plus
• Previous experience working at a Managed Service Provider is a plus
