Hi. I have rooms & shared rooms available (1 full bed, 1 XL twin bed available now. 1 room with 2 twin beds available soon) for temporary stays if you are in town for the FHR or PI work.
I am 30 minutes from either location.
Rooms are furnished and weekly RENT IS ALL INCLUSIVE of the following:
*bedding
*towels
*wi-fi
*on street parking
*room-darkening shades if you work nights
*use of laundry (provide your own soap)
*kitchen
*utilities
*laundry bags provided for use
*Coffeemaker available for use
*microwave & other small appliances
*fridge space
*dishwasher
*pantry space also available.
The master bath is very large & shared. There is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor. I have 3 large dogs so I ask that you at least be dog tolerant. Rent is PER PERSON weekly, house is quiet, as is the neighborhood, restaurants galore nearby as well. Prescott Wi is 7 mi. from the MN border. No other pets allowed.
I require: proof of employment (badge) and picture of DL. The house is respectful, absolutely drama free, quiet, and as comfortable as I can make it. Please inquire for more info or to see the setup. Thank you & Have a Safe Day!
