Looks like new. This is an RMA board (to replace my original board) sent to me by MSI. Tested for a week to make sure I was sent a functional board - on a Linux OS, onboard video and two SSD. I decided to get a Z890 setup because the down time ended up being over a month waiting for the RMA board to arrive. Note: the USB drive with drivers and utilities is missing but they can be downloaded from MSI.

The warranty tied to the original board serial number expires 11/26/2027. The original serial number and RMA papers will be provided to make future RMA easier. MSI warranty does not require original proof of purchase nor does it state anything about transferring ownership, only 'end user'.
