Just got a very very clean 2000 Sunnybrook Mobile Scout 5th wheel traded in today. For it being a 2000 model year, the inside is crazy clean, exterior is gonna have some wear and tear obviously since it’s 25 years old. Some of the decals are peeling, decent dent on the passenger side (in picture), one cabinet door is broke (in picture), previous water leak in the closet in front end cap (in picture), most likely from the bad seal around the outside (in picture), oven does not work, and does not come with a awning, and owners did install a brand new King River tankless water heater as well.
