The lower bedroom is available with a refrigerator, microwave and large toaster oven. You may use the TV room downstairs. I rarely use it. I reside 98 % of the time in the upper level. There is a door that separates the basement from the entryway for more privacy.

We will split the electric bill monthly.

Six months lease to start then a month-to-month lease that requires 2-month’s notice for move-out. Require security deposit and firsts month's rent to move in. $1450 total.
