Our family burial needs have changed and as such, we are offering for sale the following lots at Pleasant View Memorial Gardens in Burnsville:
Four (4) adjacent lots in the northeast corner of the Garden of the Apostles.
These are deeded together so our offer is for all four.....we can't split these up per the deed.....the four must be sold together.
The arrow in the google map is placed as close to where these plots actually are in the cemetery.....you can see these would be easily accessed, even for a handicapped person. The garden is level with the roads and the grass is smooth.

These plots are only a few yards from the northeast corner of the Garden of the Apostles so parking is just a short walk from either the east or the north perimeter roads. The cemetery is very nicely landscaped and a beautiful setting for your loved ones and family. Close to I-35W and Hwy 13, it's quick and easy to get to but far enough away from those roads so it's quiet and peaceful.
Our Grandparents and an Aunt and Uncle are resting adjacent to these four plots but as I said, our needs changed so these are available.

Currently, lots in Pleasant View are available from the cemetery association at a price of $1499.00 each, and the nicer ones that have easy access have been sold out for decades now.....the current lots are way out in the middle and a long walk. These are 1/3rd of that cost, and are in a great location - easy access with just a short walk.
These have been in our family since 1952 and are really nicely located.

And our price of $1800.00 for all four means just $450.00 each. The buyer (per the cemetery association) will have to pay a $50.00 per lot transfer charge, ($200.00 total) to transfer the deeds. These are real estate and handled just like your home lot, but are smaller pieces of land with no taxes. After transfer you'll receive deeds for the four from the cemetery and they will be your property.

Technically they were willed to me but my brother is the executor of Dad's last will so we'd both have to meet you at the office of the Cemetery Association, across hwy 13 from the cemetery to transfer the deeds but am told it wouldn't take too long and is a simple process.

Buy these now before they're needed and you'll rest easy knowing you have planned well and will be ready when the time comes.

I believe I have more pictures available somewhere and can send them, and can email you a map showing the plots available. I could also meet you out there and show you the lots if you are serious....I know you will see that these are nice and in a really peaceful part of the cemetery.

Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks for looking.
