I like Craigslist, It's an awesome tool, I use it responsibly. I delete all posts immediately when sold. So please don't text asking "is it still available?" because unless I sold it 2 minutes before your text, it is. I usually have multiple things listed on Craigslist so If you randomly text me an offer with no description of what you your looking to purchase, I will assume your special, or blind, or just an a-hole who is too lazy to read simple requests. I will mess with you. Since I currently can't read your mind, I might assume that you want the least expensive item I am currently posting that is less than that dollar amount and accept your most generous offer. You'll be pissed when you show up for your great deal, and I show you the watchamicallit that I accepted your offer for, instead of the thingamaggiger you thought you were making an offer on. Also, remember, this is Craigslist, my postings say my location (Faribault), if I'm too far away for you to make the journey, don't bother. I will not change my asking price based on how far you have to drive. That has zero bearing on the value of what I am selling. Lastly, I am not UPS or FedEx, I don't deliver.
