Local company with 35+ years of experience is looking to hire an office assistant/customer service rep. Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30.

The office assistant is the first point of contact for every phone call coming into our office, as well as any walk in customers.

Job Duties:
First point of contact for all customers
Schedule appointments
Data Entry/Invoicing
Supply Ordering
Filing
Assist with special assignments or projects as needed
Maintain clean and orderly entry/front office/meeting room
