Maui Xaphoon handmade bamboo pocket saxophone in C with carrying case and extra reeds - brand new and unplayed - family member received this as a gift but never got started with it.

The original Maui Xaphoon® Bamboo Sax is handmade from bamboo, sustainably selected from the rain forests of East Maui by Xaphoon® inventor Brian L. Wittman. Available in the keys of C, Bb, D and low G, each has a two octave, fully chromatic scale. This one is in the key of C.
