Make this your winter project. It is a perfect motorcycle for full restoration as it is ALL ORIGINAL Very Rare: 1966 Yamaha100 twin YL1 road bike. These were some of the first imported motorcycles in the USA, the beginning of the civilian market of recreational motorcycles. I have stored it indoors for over 50 years and now realize, even in retirement, I'm not likely to do a proper restoration now! Gas tank, frame, and fenders are solid with only some normal surface imperfections. Just over 7500 miles on it. Engine has compression and is in very good condition. Original seat is in very good condition as well. I have seen these sell for over $7000.00 dollars fully restored.
$2400.00 cash only, local pick up only. This was my first motorcycle, my mother was the original owner, and it has had TLC over the years.
