(2) 8x8 x 10' Rough Sawn Cedar Beams: Garage-kept and air-dried since 2023. These are "seasoned," so they are stable and won't twist like wet lumber from a yard. Stored strapped and straight.
(2) Simpson Strong-Tie ABU88Z Post Bases: These are the "Z-Max" galvanized adjustable bases specifically for 8x8 posts. They retail for $90 each ($180 total).
Condition:
Beams are straight and structurally solid with typical rustic checking (cracks). Post bases are brand new, never used.
