General Laborer/Pod Swap
PAY: $22/hr
LOCATION: Shakopee, MN
Contract: 6 week/temporary role
Contract Start ASAP
Shift: M-F // 1st shift (7am to 4:30pm) // some potential overtime.
Responsibilities:
• Move materials and assist in installing metal frames
• Comfortably lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Build and assemble metal frames and gating on the robotics floor
• Use hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, and pallet jacks
Work Environment:
• Loud, fast-paced conditions.
• Temperature can vary (hot/cold if the site is new construction).
• Extensive moving, standing, and walking.
• Professional conduct is mandatory—must be respectful to people from all backgrounds.
