Bodum Assam Teapot, new in box--item number 1842. Teapot is about 8.4" x 8.2" x 7.4" and 17-ounce capacity. Pot is heat resistant borosilicate glass, infuser is stainless steel, handle and lid are BPA free plastic. Works like a coffee press, in which you can brew tea without removing the infuser. Made in Germany. I read that this was designed for the British Tea Council.
