compensation: Based on experience
employment type: full-time

We are a growing orthodontic practice in the Southern Metro. We have three beautiful offices located in Eagan, Lakeville and Prior Lake. We offer a comfortable environment for both our patients and staff.

The Treatment Coordinator is a role that is crucial to the ongoing success of our practice. You are the initial point of contact and the first impression people form about the practice. During the initial exam, you are to determine the patient's motivation for considering orthodontic treatment, outline and document the patient concerns and questions prior to the orthodontist meeting the patient. After the orthodontist completes his examination, you discuss the treatment options offered by the orthodontist with the patient. You generate and review the financial estimate that includes the desired treatment option, treatment fee and estimated length of time in treatment. If the patient elects to move forward with the proposed treatment, you schedule the next sequence of appointments to begin the orthodontic treatment process. In the event that a patient defers the start of orthodontic treatment, you follow up with them through phone and written correspondence to provide guidance and support and answer additional questions until they are ready to begin orthodontic treatment.

The Treatment Coordinator conducts the Case Presentation with the patient and financially responsible parties to further review the treatment plan, answers treatment related questions, obtains the necessary consent for treatment, signatures, initial payments and all required payment forms. In addition, you will be involved with marketing the practice.

We are a no-pressure practice. We provide our patients the incentive to begin treatment here by emphasizing our continuity of care, highly experienced doctor and staff, financial and clinical transparency and by putting our patient's needs at the forefront of each day.

Successful candidates must be positive, confident and a true team player. You must provide an excellent patient experience, listen to the needs of our patients and solve problems independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Dental/orthodontic experience is required. We have a strong, experienced staff to help train and support you. Our doctor was awarded a Top Dentist Award over the past three years by Minnesota Monthly Magazine.

This position is projected at 30+ hours per week based upon business needs. Your compensation is dependent on your experience and qualifications. Please forward your resume and professional references. We look forward to meeting you.
