Only selling it because it is just too large for our room, but also the seats are just too deep for us at 26" and we are not tall people. There was no sample in the store to sit in when we ordered it, then realized the seat is too deep for us as we are short, 5'4" . 4 years old!
This sofa is very well made from Lazyboy one of their higher end sofas selections. "Camel" in color. It is in good condition. Non smoking home, no animal shedding home, no children home, a clean home!

Cash only, paid $2,000.. we've dropped the price now to $900 .
