Well maintained Captive Aire makeup air unit and exhaust fan. Previous property owner had a professional cabinet shop and used this set up for a spray booth. The unit was also connected to propane for heated air. All the control panels are included! The fan was connected to 220v 20 amp breaker and the air unit is 220v 30 amp breaker. Both pieces were disconnected and removed from my shop. They are ready to be put in your trailer. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me. The price is very fair and firm.
