Located in Faribault, do you need a spot to store something? Boat, car, small RV, camper? Well we have the space! This spot is accessible only from one entrance on the block, quiet neighborhood, respectful neighbors. Our home is monitored 24/7 with Simplisafe security systems. If needed, there is access to water and electricity for things like car repairs and car washing. Just need at least 12 hours notice when you will be wanting access to your item.

Any interested customer must be LGBT friendly and dog friendly. We have a fenced in yard but our dogs are outside often and might come to the fence to investigate.
