*As the Assistant Manager at Culver's, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality food and services.
*The role of an Assistant Manager will include but not limited to:
*Supporting the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
*Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
*Foster a positive work environment by motivating and leading team members.
*Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
*Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
*Developing team members on people processes and Culver's CORE Values.
*Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
*Help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
