Battery has been replaced through Apple's repair program once and currently has great capacity still and can easily meet a full days use!
The screen has always had a screen protector on it so it is in perfect condition. There is some minor blemish on the underside which can be seen on the picture which are not observable while wearing.
All in all this is a great condition device at a great deal!
