Local business in Burnsville MN is looking for a customer service representative/office support team member for immediate start.

Job Duties:
Answer phones as first point of contact
Handle customer service & scheduling
Make outgoing calls when needed- no cold calling
Greet and assist walk in customers
Update and enter customer info into management system
Data Entry
Daily invoicing
Inventory/ordering of office supplies and parts
Submit warranty claims
Sort mail
Print/file/organize electronic and paper documents
General office duties
Light cleaning
Other duties as requested

Skills Needed:
Strong accuracy with attention to detail
Dependable with strong work ethic
Self-motivated and self-starter
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with all personality types
Knowledge of the Twin Cities Metro area a plus
Prior CRM and Office experience preferred

This is a full-time position with a full benefits package available. No evenings or weekends
