Currently seeking book keeper / Admin. Part Time CPA.
I have a small commercial GC company that needs to reconcile 2024 and 2025 accounting and taxes. My company did not merge (PA cancelled in October) so I am now revisiting my accounting to finalize taxes and submit for SBA loan.
Must be highly skilled in quick books. Must be self starter, problem solver, organizer and hard worker.
Knowledge of Minnesota tax law and business depreciation, interest deductions preferred.
Pay based on experience, skills, . Either weekly/monthly payment agreement or negotiated by project.
References required.
Some work can be performed remotely if a comfort level is met.
